The North Dakota Asian-American Arts and Cultural Initiative have partnered with Vinterfest, Bismarck State College, Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library and Morton Mandan Public Library to celebrate Winter!
We invite the community to join us at these events to learn about the different Asian cultures and what traditions they partake during the Winter season.
